- This Appetite For Destruction album cover was banned
because of the rape scene and partial nudity from the girl being raped by a
robot on the front cover.
- I'm sure they were officially pressed on LP's, not sure about cassettes
and cd's
- It was replaced with the Traditional Cross and
Skulls logo we all know :

This cover was still used on various imports soon
after this but NOT in the USA.

There was also several concert T-SHIRT's that
depicted this scene, I'm not sure if they were banned, I don't think they
were..
